-Click & Collect orders are dropped off to this location once a week. Store open hours are: Wed to Fri, 10am-4pm & Sat 10am-2pm.
We endeavour to post all ready-made items within 2-3 business days of you placing your order. All orders are posted using standard tracked postage via Australia Post in Melbourne at a flat rate of $6.50 Australia Wide.
Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders please allow up to one week for delivery. If you are located in WA, TAS or a regional area please allow up to 2 weeks. Shipping times are merely a guideline and in most cases your order will arrive sooner.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any delays, loss or damage of your item once it has left Cheeky K Headquarters as shipping issues are greatly out of our control. We will however, lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf if you would like us to. If you items are deemed lost, we would be happy to offer you a 30% off code if you would like to re-order these items, or something of the same value as your original order.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if any of the products you received are faulty or damaged, we’re so sorry!
Due to the handmade nature of majority of our products, you may occasionally come across a small imperfection here or there. Although we are thorough, due to the creative nature, there may be some variations in the colour, size and pattern placement from what you may have previously received or from what you have seen online.
Unfortunately we don't provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, products damaged through general wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions. However, if any item you've received is faulty or unusable upon arrival, please let us know so we can do our best to remedy this for you!
