|SHIPPING||We endeavour to post all ready-made items within 1-2 business days of you placing your order. All orders are posted using standard tracked postage via Australia Post in Melbourne, Postage is calculated by the individual weight of your purchase, which we will calculate at checkout. Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders please allow one week for delivery. If you are located in a regional area please allow up to 2 weeks. Shipping times are merely a guideline and in most cases your order will arrive sooner. We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances out of our control.|
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty or damaged, we’re so sorry!
In this instance you have 14 days from the date you received your parcel to return any faulty or damaged items for a refund or exchange. Any returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or on any sale items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment. It is recommended that you send any returns via standard tracked postage so you are able to confirm that it has reached the correct destination.
